This includes courtesy services such as agency provided airline upgrades for our top clients, preferred hotel rate negotiation, passport assistance, and training seminars to help educate both the travelers and the travel and meeting planners. We are also available to help you both write and enforce your company travel policies. Our emergency after-hours service is available "24/7" to assist our clients when we are closed. This value added service is at no additional cost to our clients.
Signature Travel is a full service agency. Our computer technology, including our reservations system, accounting system and after hours services are comparable to, or better than any of our competitor's, including the "mega agencies". Our accounting department is able to provide management reports to streamline your accounting system. Upon request, these reports will be customized to your specifications.
Signature Travel provides at no charge to our clients, $100,000 in flight insurance. This is in addition to any insurance that your company provides to employees.
We will negotiate discounted airfares and hotel rates for your meetings, as well as productivity tickets and site visit tickets. Depending on your air volume, it may be possible to earn free air tickets, which will serve to further lower your travel expenses. Please see additional information about our meeting services.
Signature Travel does not invest in glossy marketing pieces, or outside sales people. Instead we dedicate our budget to competent qualified, experienced agents who provide professional service to our professional travelers. You will never speak to a "beginner" when you call our office for reservations. The average experience for our current staff is a minimum of ten years experience in the travel business.
We know from experience that any agency's service is only as good as the agents that are servicing the accounts, and the degree of hands on management at the agency. The Agency's Partners are on site and always available to address any questions or concerns that may arise.
