 Signature Travel is a full service agency, which enables us to seamlessly offer the following services in connection with your meetings, conventions and incentive programs. At your request, we will assist with site selection, and destination comparisons, both for air and hotel. We provide online registration, arrivals and departure manifests, roomlists, ground transportation and on site staffing for those meetings for which we have booked the hotel.
Our agents are available to take reservations from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday EST, either locally, or through our toll free number for those attendees who would like to speak with us directly after sending us their travel request via our online registration form.
After hours, our 24 hour TRAVELINE will be available at no cost to your conference attendees who have made a reservation with our agency.
We will negotiate a discounted airfare contract, which will give you the ability to earn free tickets based on productivity in addition to your discounts. We would track all tickets purchased through our agency so that you receive your discounts and earned free tickets, and will provide you with a printout of those travelers ticketed by our agency at the conclusion of the meeting.
Our services also include advance seat assignments, special meals, car rentals, prepaid tickets, and pre and post conference trips. We will make every effort to offer the lowest fare, and will provide a cost savings report at the conclusion of the meeting, in addition to roomlists, and arrivals and departures manifests throughout the meeting process.
Both hotel reservations and airfares should be coordinated to insure cost effectiveness, and registration logistics. This will also help your air productivity. When attendees arrange their own air and hotel, they may not take advantage of the group rates, or they may assume that their hotel rooms are automatically reserved, and appear at the hotel to find no room available. We will negotiate a certain number of complimentary rooms, and/or VIP upgrades based on the size of your group.
We provide overnight delivery anywhere in the U.S., and two-day delivery to Europe and Canada.
